We want to do a lot and do a lot, but this regularly leads to stress, fatigue and neck or back pain, according to research from supplement distributor Amway. They interrogated 2021 Australian and EU residents. More than one in three respondents regularly has the aforementioned complaints.

Stress and fatigue

A third of the respondents regularly suffer from fatigue , almost the same percentage often feel stress or pain in the neck or back.

Millennials, born between 1981 and 1996, turn out a little more often suffer from pain. Ample 43 percent say they regularly experience stress, 32 percent are tired and a third have neck or back pain. Gen Z, born after 1996, is in better shape. Yet also 32 percent of this group is stressed, more than a third is tired and has a large 19 percent suffer from headaches and migraines.

Forties
