Dust-free Bag Packing for fine Powder

A new bag packing machines by Haver & Boecker offers dust-free packing of fine powder-type bulk materials at rates of up to 1500 bags per hour.
The FFS bag packing machine Cyrus has been developed for packing powder-type bulk materials with particle sizes between 20 and 300 micrometers. This includes products from both the chemical industry and the food industry as well as coarse products with dust content (e. g. sugar, salt and flakes). The machine has a completely enclosed product pathway, and is designed to handle bag sizes ranging from 6 dm³ to 50 dm³ and weights from 5 to 50 kilograms. A dust-free filling system with hexagonal filling spouts minimise product loss and keep the surrounding environment clean, avoiding the unwanted draw off of product by de-dusting systems.
