For high throughput separation of bulk materials, Gericke offers a centrifugal sifting machine with a capacity of up to 60 tonnes per hour.

The centrifugal sifting machine, that can be used, for example, after a bulk bag discharge station or upstream of a filling plant. The product enters the inlet by means of a controlled feed from where it is transferred into the sieving chamber by a screw feeder. The rotating paddle assembly generates the centrifugal action to transport the product along the basket frame. Product finer than the screen passes through and exits the machine though the fines outlet. Product larger than the screen travels along the basket and is rejected out of the overtails outlet. According to the manufacturer, the machine is characterised by compact design and a high throughput, which, at a mesh aperture of 800 micrometers can be between several 100 kilograms per hour up to 60 tonnes per hour. For integration into a conveying line, an in-line model of the sifting machine is available, as well as models for different ATEX categories.
