The bulk bag conditioning system by Material Transfer & Storage, Inc. addresses concerns related to the commonly practiced "forklift conditioning method" such as bag breakage, plant structural damage, forklift damage, or injury to plant personnel.

Thecompany's new, patented system utilizes hydraulically actuated pivoting conditioning arms with extended travel and features "v-shaped" tubular breaker profiles to efficiently return even severely agglomerated materials to a free-flowing state.
The large, color, touch screen operator interface allows easy access to proprietary bulk bag and material conditioning parameters, full recipe management functions, system status, and manual mode controls. Unit features an ultra compact footprint and full machine guarding for operator safety including load side light curtain. A powered rotary lift table positions the bulk bag for complete material conditioning on all sides, as well as the top and bottom.
