New Rubber Lifter Bars ensure longer Life and reduced Noise Pollution

Composite steel is currently the traditional material of choice for primary and some secondary milling applications.
Ball Mills
Trelleborg’s engineered products operation has supplied a "lower cost, long lasting" rubber lifter bar solution to Australia’s largest open pit gold mine for one of their ball mills. A valuable alternative to traditionally used composite steel, they offer a number of significant benefits such as a longer life and reduced downtime.

Reduce Grinding Media and Power Consumption

The Magnetic Mill Liners with the longest service life has been in operation for over 10 years.
Magnetic Mill Liners
According to Eriez, their Magnetic Mill Liners (MML) combine all of the best qualities of steel and magnetic liners to provide unmatched performance and protection. The wear resistant steel-encased magnet, designed for both secondary and regrind ball mills, lines the shell and mill heads to improve grinding efficiency and reduce power consumption while maintaining mill throughput.

Add operational Uptime and secure quick Parts Change

The Orange Series Rotor can be fitted, without any modifications, to all VSI models that accept the following rotors: 690 DTR, 840DTR and 990DTR.
Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher
Operational uptime plays a key role in today’s crushing operations, where maximizing productivity and reducing the cost per ton are paramount. To meet these challenges, Metso has developed the new Orange Series Rotor for vertical shaft impact (VSI) crushers. According to the manufacturer, with the new rotors, productive uptime can be increased substantially through longer parts lifetime and faster service.
