Groundbreaking for Fagus-Grecons New Customer Service Center

Following its ongoing success in the field of industrial electronics, Fagus-Grecon will invest EUR 3 Mio. into its new customer service center.

Fagus-GreCon builds a new customer centre for its Grecon Electronics division in Alfeld, Germany. All departments of Grecon with direct customer contact will find a new home in the new building on an area of 1.200 m²: sales, marketing, customer service including hotline, spare part sale, scheduling of service technicians and the Academy for the training of customers and own staff. The new building, that is erected close to the World Cultural Heritage Fagus Factory, will not only be an additional eye-catcher, but also serve as a basis for a further improvement of the international customer service as well as for further growth of the company. Continuous growth of turnover, followed by an increasing demand for training and services makes the investment that amounts to 3 Mio. EUR possible and even necessary - since 2012, turnover has increased by almost 25 % and more than 50 new workplaces have been created.
